Night of nights for popular businesses

HOLLYWOOD has the Oscars and the music industry has the Grammys – but for Cumberland businesses, the annual night of nights is the Local Business Awards.

Who will be judged the best of the best?

The gala presentation evening will be held at Wenty Leagues on on Tuesday, June 4.

Precedent Productions Managing Director and Awards founder Steve Loe said: “There’s no doubt that local business owners and their staff work hard to provide the best possible service to their customers.

“That’s why the annual Cumberland Local Business Awards presentation night is always such a popular event.

“It’s a glittering event that gives finalists a chance to dress up and take a break so they can enjoy an evening of entertainment, good food, relaxed chat and celebration with their colleagues and people from other businesses from around the district.”

Mr Loe said being a finalist at the Local Business Awards presentation night was an enormous achievement.

“It’s also a chance for business people and their teams to reflect on their successes with a fun night out,” he said.

“Making it to the finalist presentation is a great reflection on their efforts and everyone is always extremely proud to be there.”

Paul Hancock returns again as the master of ceremonies with entertainment including the amazing Alfie Arcuri and Caitlyn Berry who are sure to have the audience’s toes tapping when they take the stage.

“Of course, the highlight of the evening is the presentation of the award winners in each category,” Mr Loe said.

“What I love to see is the support that everyone in the room gives to the finalists and the huge cheer for the winners.

“It’s heart-warming to hear the deafening cheers from the crowd as everyone celebrates the achievement of all the businesses in the room.”

Mr Loe said the high quality of all nominees had made the job of judges incredibly difficult.

Tickets are limited and are available at thebusinessawards.com.au or 8363 3333.
